𝔰𝔱𝔞𝔱𝔢 𝔬𝔣 𝔟𝔢𝔠𝔬𝔪𝔦𝔫𝔤𝔰 is an ongoing working title that first emerged in 2022 with those machine generated images (above) produced by a very less trained AI autocoder (trained with only 3000 steps in RunwayAI) I trained from found images gathered manually from classic body horror, explosion, and violent manga genres. Hugely influenced by Peli Grietzer's essay ' a theory of vibe', my initial interest in using the algorithm is to re/mix imageries from distinct genres or categories into each other and to generate an aesthetic or a vibe that is lack of any concrete associations.
